Destination Europe Travel Testimonials

Mr. & Mrs. N. Eades, Nashville, Tennessee

Hey Kayla,

We have returned from Italy and what a wonderful Honeymoon it was! Rome was absolutely wonderful!! There was a lot more than we anticipated. If we hadn't gone exploring immediately after checking into the B&B we would not have gotten to see as much as we did. We got up early every day and explored the city, but we still didn't get to see everything.

The B&B, Domus Livia, was perfect! The lady was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The gentleman at night gave us so much advice on places to eat and wine to try. He even made us reservations at his favorite restaurant. It was right in the middle of everything. We walked to the subway to go to the Vatican. We were even able to walk to the train station the day we left. They treated us like royalty. (Please feel free to pass on any comments to the proprietor). If you've never stayed there, I highly recommend it for future bookings.

Venice was different than we expected. It's more geared towards the shopping crowd, which my husband and I are not. We are more of the explore things, climb on things and jump off of things type people. We made due and did little walking tours of the churches. We spent over 5 hours in St. Marc's alone. The Hotel Ai Mori d'Oriente was beautiful. It wasn't in the middle of all of the hoopla that was going on. (The flea market was in town). The staff was very knowledgeable. We were trying to find a particular wine to bring back to a friend, and one of the desk clerks was able to tell us what it was called. We appreciated the wine very much. It was just to our taste. They brought it up promptly after we arrived. I had some bad prawns one night and the bartender was very generous with the Sprite.

If we had it to do over again.. we would do one more night in Rome and one less in Venice and we would skip the Gondola ride. But my husband and I got to see things we have always wanted to see and never thought we would be able to see. We are even talking about making a Christmas trip a yearly thing. We already have our list ready to go. I gave him your email address. It's his turn next year. Do you book just for European Vacations or do you do all international travel? We are talking maybe South or Central America next year.

Again, I appreciate your thoroughness. And Happy Holidays!

Kayla,

We had a WONDERFUL time in Spain. Every connection was perfect, the location of the hotels enabled us to walk everywhere, and the weather was incredible (sorry, you can't take credit for that one!). In particular, we appreciated how close to everything the hotels were. In Barcelona we were minutes from Las Ramblas; in Cordoba, we walked to the hotel from the train station and walked everywhere, never even took a cab. In Seville we were in Barrio Santa Cruz, right in the heart of the old city. It was wonderful!! There actually was not much difference between the 2 and 3-star hotels, except in size of room. The breakfasts were all delicious and so nicely served.

The vouchers were all accepted, and even the last service, the ride to the Madrid airport, was prompt and pleasant. We especially loved Barcelona and everything Gaudi. If we went back, we would probably spend most of our time there. Thank you so much! I have already given your name to someone whose daughter is going to Spain this coming semester, and we will readily recommend Destination Europe Online to anyone who asks. As I said, my son is thinking about Hong Kong for next fall. I'm not sure if we're up to a trip of that magnitude but if we are, I'll ask you to help or refer us to someone you know who can! Just wanted to thank you again for putting together a truly remarkable experience.

All the best for a lovely holiday season.

Kayla,

We had a wonderful Honeymoon in Greece - thank you for everything. Even when our flight was delayed from Athens to Rhodes, you came through with the car transfer. Everything went really smoothly. We couldn't be happier. I will send you some pictures of the hotels (we took a ton of pics). The only regret we have is that we wish we had stayed the extra time in Santorini instead of Mykonos. The weather turned against us and and we couldn't get out to Delos (again weather related, but still a bummer). The hotel in Santorini (Villa Renos) was superb! The owner is a great guy; we made a nice friend. Nikos Takis in Rhodes was also great, they took care of paying the car fare twice and welcomed us with champagne and fruit as a "happy honeymoon" start off. Like I said, once I get them uploaded, I'll send you shots of all the places and proof of us having fun :)

Thanks again!

Dear Kayla,

Bonny and I want to thank you profusely for arranging a fantastic trip to Italy for us. The hotels in Venice (Luna Baglioni), Tuscany (Villa di Piazzanno) and Positano (Hotel Poseidon) were first class, luxurious, and accommodating, yet not stuffy. The front desk people at the Villa di Piazzanno were unbelievably helpful in deciding on our daily excursions. Driving in Tuscany was actually fun and not intimidating at all. The personalized tours in Tuscany and Positano were the highlights of the trip, and led to massive wine and ceramic purchases.

The train rides were fun and convenient, and all the transfers went off without a hitch. This really was a great vacation, and we owe it all to you. We will definitely deal with you again for our future travel plans.

Sincerely,

Neil and Bonny Singer,

Kayla,

Sorry not to get back to you sooner. We had a wonderful time and every arrangement was perfectly executed. We couldn't be happier. We don't even know where to begin in describing how wonderful it was. We loved both Barcelona and Rome. The hotel in Barcelona was especially nice - appeared newly and thoughtfully renovated. Location couldn't be better. The drivers showed up on time and were very professional. Coco's working on the pictures. Should have an "official" set soon.

Thanks ever so much for helping us to have a great time.

Kayla-

We had such a great time! We want to thank you for having everything set up for us. Let me just say that having the drivers set up to pick us up at the airport and take us to the airport were so helpful. It was so nice not to worry about that part. The car and trains, and tours were all great!

San Gimignano is a great town and our hotel there was very nice. I would recommend that town and hotel to anyone. It was so relaxing and beautiful there. The hotel in Rome was also nice. It was actually nice to be a bit away from the main tourist section of Rome. We got the bus system down pretty well.

We haven't had a chance to download pictures yet, but I would be happy you send some photos and do a letter of testimony. I'll try to follow up with those soon. Thank you again for all of your help and work. We couldn't have had this all planned so nicely on our own!

Hi Kayla,

Thank you for helping us to plan the trip of a lifetime! I appreciate the time and effort you put into finding just the right tour that included everything we wanted to see in Ireland. It was hard to plan since we had never been there but with your help I believe we were able to see most of the country on one of the best tours available. The scenery was breathtaking, hotels were excellent and the food terrific. The way you added our stay at Ashford Castle for two nights was a perfect end to a perfect vacation. The castle was awesome and our room overlooked Lough Corrib, the second largest lake in Ireland. Thanks again for your help in making our dream vacation come true.

Hi Kayla,

Thanks so much, the trip was awesome. We had such a great time, and we really appreciate all your suggestions and your help. All the transportation transfers were waiting for us when we got there, and they were all so nice and helpful. It was great to have one in Venice, because you were right - we would have been lost if we had to try to get our own water taxi.

All the hotels were great, and it seemed like each one was nice, but then the next one was even better. All of the hotels were in such great locations, it made getting around and sight seeing so easy. The locations of the hotels in Rome and Athens were wonderful.

Thanks again for all your help, you helped make our trip unforgettable. We are already talking about our next one in a couple of years to Florence, and then maybe to the French Riviera. We will definitely call you when that time comes! I am going to include you on some of our pictures - thanks again.

Kayla,

Thank you so much for your reply. We had a great time on our honeymoon greatly appreciate the time and effort you put into our trip. The Grand Bretagne Hotel in Athens was amazing! We greatly enjoyed our one night there. In Santorini, the Hotel Katikies was probably the nicest hotel that either of us has ever stayed in. They have the best service and view imaginable. Any client that you are sending to Greece for their Honeymoon should stay in that hotel.

All the transfers were on time and very nice. Most of them gave us some history or advice on the cities. Overall, we think you did a great job and we will be happy to refer you to our family and friends.

Thanks so much for everything,

Hello Kayla,

We are back from our trip and had a great time. Florence was beautiful. Villa Casallecci in San Gimignano was fantastic and I would definitely recommend sending people there again.

Again, thanks for the great trip. Everything went very smoothly. We had such a wonderful time and would recommend others to you in the future.

Hi Kayla!

Thanks for the welcome back. We had an absolutely fabulous time and everything went really well. The hotel in St. Goar was beautiful. The town of St, Goar was very lovely and the people were very helpful. We would definitely go back.

We were also only about an hour or so outside of Cologne by train, so we went there one day to see the Cathedral. We are extremely happy with all the service you provided to us and would definitely recommend you to our friends. And, when we decide to go back, we will be in touch. Thanks again.

Kayla,

Our trip was very pleasant. The day trip to Leeds Castle, Canterbury, and Dover while in England was super. I think the cliffs of Dover were my favorite spot on the whole journey.

We're back home now recovering from a great 10 days. Thanks for all your help.

Kayla,

We just got back from our trip to Germany, Czech Republic, and Italy and we wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had. Every hotel you had selected for us was in great taste and wonderful hospitality. Specifically, Eden Hotel Wolff in Germany and Hotel Porta Faenza in Florence stood out as truly exceptional hotels (not to mention they were right next to the train station which made it extremely easy to make our train times). We appreciate all of your recommendations on tours and for anyone going to Prague we highly suggest the 4 hour guided tour over the 2 hour tour. Several individuals in our group opted only for the 2 hour tour and they ended up missing the entire part of old town (A must see!) and the Jewish quarters. Our Academia tour in Florence was AWESOME! Our guide was top notch.

We ended up having additional time in Munich on our last day and we scheduled the Neuschwanstein and Lindhof castles tour (8am-6pm) through our hotel and we were not disappointed...Again the Eden Hotel Wolff stood out since they were able to arrange the tour with less than a days notice.

One last thing, for all future travels were would recommend researching the trams as transportation in Prague and the Metro/Subway as additional transportation in Rome. These systems allowed us to see both the Vatican and Coliseum in the same day even though they are located at separate ends of the city.

Again, thank you for your expertise, patience, and friendliness as we planned our trip. Without your help we would have not been able to enjoy ourselves as we did but fortunately we found "Destination Europe" and you were able to take care of everything. We will definitely recommend you to our friends and use your services for our next trip.

Sincerely, Dustin and Krystal

Kayla,

Everything was wonderful. The Hotel Bristol in Geneva was beautiful as was the Palace Hotel in Madrid, everyone was very courteous and helpful and the breakfasts were very good.

We truly did love our trip, thank you so much for everything, it was so nice to know that everything was planned and we didn't have to worry about anything. We look forward to working with you again in the future.

Dear Kayla,

Everything went very smoothly ' thank you for all of your assistance. The airport transfer in Rome worked very well. We were especially gratified to find our limo driver already waiting for us in front of the hotel at 6 am!

Hotel Paris Louvre Opera was quite adequate, especially since they gave us "their best room" (thanks!). The hotel location in the 1st arrondissement was a great choice - very convenient.

Thanks again for your help and always attentive service.

Kayla,

This trip was outstanding! Thank you for making it a virtually hassle free experience for us. We encountered several couples from the U.S. that were very impressed with your planning and cost given the amount of time that they had spent planning. Great job...you'll be the first person we seek for our next trip.

All of our hotels in France and Italy were wonderful, centrally located and offered a nice selection for breakfast. Overall, you did a fantastic job. The Ancient Rome Walking tour in particular was great.

Thanks so much,

Andy

Hi Kayla,

Just want to let you know that our trip to Italy was wonderful and went very smoothly. All of our hotels were wonderful and all of our transfers and trains were on scheduled and were as you said.

Thanks for the recommendation of Positano and the Amalfi Coast, we loved it there. Thanks again for everything!

Mr. P. Kibby, Nashville, TN

Kayla,

Yes, we're back and finally I'm caught up on emails, voice mails and snail mails. Too bad the whole world doesn't take a break at the same time. We had a wonderful trip.

The Hotel de Consoli in Rome was great. Great location, great staff and good size rooms. We were in Rome when Italy won the World's cup. That was a great addition to the trip. The Italians know how to celebrate nationalism.

The drivers you scheduled for us were all excellent. Always right where you said they would be at the time you said they would be there. And all the train arrangements went without a hitch as well. This really took a lot of hassle out of moving from one city to the next.

Thanks for the tour of Assisi and Orvieto. Both beautiful and inspiring cities. It was also good to be in the bus and out of the heat. We met some fascinating fellow tourists along the way. What a trip from Rome to Positano. The train was great, but those roads! They remind me of some roads I've traveled through the mountains of Tennessee. The one exception being that our roads are wider. We had to pull over once as one of our passengers was getting sick.

Positano is a delightful city. Thanks for this suggestion. It was a wonderful place to unwind. Florence was great too. The Berchielli Hotel is a great place, again, in a great location. The AC was good and the Internet connection was working. The staff and facilities were very hospitable. The tour of the museums and the day trip to Pisa were both very enjoyable and informative.

The trip from Florence to Venice went without a hitch. The driver even went with us onto the water taxi and to the hotel. As you know, the Residence Palazzo Selvadego sits behind the Hotel Monaco Grand Canal making it interesting to find. Although it is a short walk to the Hotel Monaco for breakfast the separation was well worth it. The rooms were spacious and tucked far enough in to be close to everything, yet secluded. The tours started almost at our door as we were steps away from the Plaza San Marco. What a magical place!

The tours, also enjoyable and informative, let you get you into the museums through the group entrance avoiding the long lines. It's also good that they take you in, gave you the highlights and leave you with time to explore on your own.

So, now I'm home with some great memories, photo's and stories to tell. Again, thanks for all you did! I've already recommended your company to a friend looking for a place to Honeymoon next July. You certainly took the hassle out a sojourn into foreign lands.

Kayla,

Thanks so much for everything. Our honeymoon was amazing. We did end up going to Venice for 2 nights we found an amazing hotel and it was great to be able to keep all of our stuff in the hotel in Rome. The Hotel Ranieri in Rome is perfect. The whole staff spoke English and was extremely helpful.

The transportation to and from the airport was amazing. I appreciate completely all the changes you made for us and everything. We look forward to working with you again for our anniversary next year.

Thanks a ton,

Jennifer

Kayla,

Overall, our trip was fantastic. Your arrangements were outstanding and without your help, it would not have been so smooth. Our last minute plans went off without a hitch. Thank you again for all of you efforts and we look forward to working with you again in the future.

Hi Kayla,

We're back and we had an absolutely fabulous time!!! The hotels in Paris and in the Loire Valley were both amazing. All of the vouchers worked great, we loved the tours, and everything went very smoothly. Thanks so much for everything - we had the trip of a lifetime. I highly recommend using these hotels again for other customers - they were both fantastic and the people that work there were extremely helpful. The Hotel Brittanique was also in a perfect location - central to everything - we could walk everywhere.

Thanks again and hope you're doing well,

Leah

Kayla,

Overall, whole trip overall was well-planned and thought-out, and we had a terrific experience. Having all the hotels, trains and transfers pre-arranged worked out very well. Highlights were the Colosseum and Vatican tours in Rome, the Accademia in Florence (the David is marvelous), the gorgeous rolling countryside in Tuscany, the musical events in Ravenna, the Aida spectacular in Verona, and the walking tour and gondola ride in Venice. And of course all the various "ristorantes" we tried everywhere, and let's not forget the gelato! Also great fun was the shopping and general sight-seeing, particularly in Rome, Florence and Venice.

We are very pleased with what you did - we could never have managed without your work. Thanks again for all you did. The trip was fantastic, and your assistance was invaluable. We certainly appreciate all the work you put into it. We'll do it again!

Kayla,

The trip was great! All of our hotels were wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the R&C Inn in Mirepoix (Relais Royal). The room was huge, and the owners went above and beyond in meeting our needs. The town was very quaint-sort of felt like you went back in time.

Our tour guide at the Vatican in Rome was incredibly knowledgeable, charming, and full of energy. We had a great morning with her. Also, the rental car agency in Toulouse gave us an upgrade to a small SUV. It really gave us ample room, and was a diesel, so it was efficient. The car also had a great navigational system in it, which made all the difference in getting around. All of the private drivers to and from airport, trains, etc. were prompt, friendly, and willing to answer all of our questions.

Thank you again for all of your assistance with our family trip and we would recommend your services to any of our friends or family.

Kayla,

We are home safe and sound. We had a wonderful trip - Thank You! The Suite Ottaviano in Rome that you booked for us was a really nice room with a wonderful owner. They are brand new and the owner is a great guy. Highly recommended.

In London, we went to "We Will Rock You" play in London. Highly recommended. We are still singing Queen songs. A good bit of advice for pricey London shopping is the at Camden Town stop on the London tube. Many, many booths and shops with good buys on fashionable clothes and shoes etc. Also restaurants are all over. A very fun day for us.

Overall, out trip was very memorable and went off without a hitch. Thank you again for all of your assistance and we look forward to working with you again soon.

Best,

Kayla,

I apologize for it taking so long to get back to you, however, we've had a busy time getting caught up after our trip. I wanted you to know that we had a tremendous time in Europe and wanted to thank you for all your time and coordination of all trip events. The hotels you selected were great and we appreciated the fact that they were all very clean with great people and very central to shopping, restaurants, and other area activities.

The trains were very well scheduled with all first class reservations. We also very much enjoyed the private tours you coordinated, with our favorites being Tuscany and France.

The special day you arranged for our renewal of marriage vows came off without a hitch and the folks at Victoria Jungfrau in Interlaken were fabulous. I was very appreciative of everything they did for us and hope you recommend their services again.......they were great people.

It was truly a memorable time for all of us. All in all, we had a wonderful time and certainly appreciate all your efforts in coordinating all of our stays and activities. I have already recommended your services to several other families and would happy to provide recommendations for other potential clients. Thanks for all you did!! We'll be back to schedule a follow-up in the very near future. My wife and I are already talking of returning to Switzerland. Thanks again.

Hi Kayla,

The trip to Italy was absolutely perfect. Here is an overview of the first half of our trip:

Rome:

A super hotel, the Julio Caesar Hotel, we found to be quaint and geographically located within walking distance of the Vatican, restaurants and shopping. For us from the moment we walked in the hotel we were happy at your choice. The staff was superb, the room perfect. We only ate breakfast in the restaurant, but the selection and service was outstanding. The terrace in the rear of the hotel is absolutely beautiful.

The tour of the Vatican actually extended our joy, as we jumped to the head of the line with our tour guide Alberto B. - we couldn't have been happier. Our guide literally took us by the hand and guided us through the Vatican as if he lived there. Not in our wildest dreams would we have expected such an experience. At the end of our time together all we could do is look at each other and wonder if this was a dream or if it was something that actually happened. Our guide also showed reverence for where he was and encouraged us to do the same, by having such a guide with us we felt set apart from the wild herd of other tourists. We are unsure of where you got this tour guide, but I would recommend him and his organization any day.

The tour of the Coliseum was also a treat, a small group of people, again we felt that the tour was personalized.

Sorrento

Hotel Corallo was a place where peace could be found and had. The Hotel Corallo, is a wonderful place, right on the bay of Naples, with a view of Vesuvius. Who could ask for a better location, not crowded, and the staff was what can be described as more than accommodating. Our unique stay was highlighted by the maitre'd Angelo in the hotels restaurant. After our first meal there, this man went out of his way each day at dinner to ensure that meals were prepared "specially" for us. He asked our likes and dislikes and catered the meal around them. The food was "to die for". Also, the hotel manager of the hotel (Giovanni) was great help to us when we had questions or needed assistance. He allowed us the use of his office to receive and send emails, which also made us feel very special. We feel that we became friends of these two gentlemen and can't wait to go there again.

Florence

What surprise the Hotel Regency was. We only had one night there, but after arriving we knew that we were home. This hotel situated in a quiet area was superb. From check-in to check-out the experience was wonderful. Never in our life have we ever checked into a room with a name specific welcoming letter sitting on the pillow, along with fresh fruit on the dresser. Great touch. We don't know if this hotel is on your list of favorites, but if it isn't put it there, the room was at this point the largest one and decorated beautifully. The hotel has a great restaurant where service and food is absolutely perfect.

Kayla, because of time constraints on my part I have to divide our account of this trip into two parts. Within the next week I will complete the rest of out amazing trip to Italy. We would like to thank you for putting together what we consider the "trip of a lifetime". As a result of this trip, our lifetime has been extended :)

Sincerely

Mike and Don

Dear Kayla-

We had an absolutely wonderful trip. Your arrangements were perfect. We loved Moscow, Paris, Venice and Florence. All of the contacts and driver's were really helpful. We hired Sal in Paris to give us a tour of the city at night and to take us to and from the Moulin Rouge. The Moscow hotel was wonderful. So was the Venice Hotel. The train rides were all really nice. We had an uproarious ride to Venice from Paris with a couple who spoke no English at all, but we got laughing so that everyone in the dining car started laughing. It was a memorable meal. Thank you again for all of your help and we plan to use your services again soon

Hi Kayla-

We just returned from our honeymoon on Thursday AM. We had a fantastic time in both Prague and Vienna. Everything you arranged for us went off without a hitch. Our drivers to and from the airports and train stations were always there for us on time and ready to go. Both hotels were very, very nice and both had excellent locations. Thank you for everything. I would definitely recommend you to any of my family and friends.

Hi Kayla,

Our trip was wonderful! Our hotels were all very nice. The Grand Albergo Sole in Palermo, Sicily was very nice. My wife and I appreciate your effort and great work for us in preparing the trip and we will definitely use your services again when we decide to take another trip. Thank you very much.

Hi Kayla,

Yes, we have returned from our trip. Smooth flight back and we were bumped to 1st class. Anyway, let me first say thanks for a well-planned trip. It accomplished exactly what we intended. Things were great, except I'm now hooked on olive oil.

The hotels you choose were great. We found our Rome hotel to be attractive and quaint, with excellent service and full European breakfast. In Sorrento, we had a large suite overlooking the sea, with great service and full breakfast--a delight with fresh squeezed orange juice. We even dined on our balcony two of the three nights. In Cortona, we found the San Michele hotel to be amazing. It is a restored 11th century building only steps from the main square of the walled city. Sherri and I were seriously taken with the city within the walls--and the hotel with its preserved antiquity fit perfectly into the milieu. Although we were on a mission to check out the museums and significant archeological sites, Cortona was our favorite location. I certainly would rate all these hotels as 3 or 4 stars (as per our itinerary).

Sherri and I want to thank you for a well-planned trip. It took us to key locations and exposed us to a variety of Italian culture in a short period of time. All the connections and pickups were well planned and went off without a problem. You made our trip easy and enjoyable.

Thanks, again, for doing your part to make our holiday a pleasant and valuable experience.

Hi Kayla,

We had a fabulous time on our honeymoon!! The Intercontinental Hotel in Berlin was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff there was great. They had Champaign, chocolates, a romantic CD waiting for us in the room. When we got back from dinner they had make a giant heart out of rose petals on our bed. The walking tour in Berlin was also fantastic and our tour guide was so good that we went on a second tour with him.

In Prague, the Hotel Bellagio was also a wonderful hotel and we had a nice view of the river. Both cities were fabulous. I just want to thank you again for organizing our honeymoon. It was such a great time we did not want to come home. You did a wonderful job putting our trip together. Thanks.

Kayla,

Thank you for all your efforts with our group trip to Italy this past spring. Your coordination of all our travel plans and activities was spectacular. Your hotel recommendations suited us perfectly--from the rustic charm of the Tuscan farmhouse to the charming home-like cooking at Hotel Margherita on the Amalfi Coast. The coordination of all of our travel modes, from air to train to drivers to our own rental car, was invaluable. Your recommendations were insightful; and you have an obvious attention to detail which made our special trip all the better.

We wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone planning a European trip. We hope to work with you on another trip in the future.

Kind regards,

Hi Kayla,

We had a great time golfing in Scotland. All of the courses were beautiful, especially St. Andrews. Golfing the Old Course was for sure an experience to remember. Everything went well and as scheduled and we had no problems. The hotels were all fabulous and provided a nice a place to rest after a long day of golfing. Thank you again for all of your help and we look forward to working with you again soon.

Hi Kayla,

Our trip to Switzerland was fantastic. You did a great job on all of our scenic train reservations. We couldn't have asked for better seats, especially the Golden Pass train. We sat in the front of the train looking straight out onto the mountains and glaciers. These seats made for some beautiful pictures.

Our hotel accommodations were the best too. Our hotel in the village of Elm had the most terrific view of the mountains and of the village. I would highly recommend the Sardona Hotel to any travelers. Both hotels personnel and staff were very helpful and pleasant and our rooms were really wonderful.

Thank you again for doing a great job with our trip!

Mr. B. Keen, Atlanta, GA

Hi Kayla!

We're Home! What a great trip. I have never been on such a long trip that went so well. No late planes, trains or automobiles...; no delays or missed connections of any kind thanks to your obvious attention to detail. Even the drivers you had meet us at the airports and hotels where timely, always being where they were supposed to be.

Our hotels where great too, especially in Rome where they are notoriously a let down. I've been to Rome many times and the hotel you put us in was great. So much better than we expected from a three star. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast provided every morning was fresh and delicious at every destination. We enjoyed that they all had a "local" feel. The hotels were all perfect choices.

Above all we enjoyed the trains. Although we were on them a lot, we always got excited about traveling to our next destination. It was a relaxing and comfortable way to travel and allowed us to see places as we passed through. The night train to Rome was particularly enjoyable. Having the private couchette allowed us to board in Germany, sleep through France and arrive well rested in Italy. The window opened in our cabin and we were able to get great photos in the Swiss Alps and enjoyed the snowy, early morning stops the train made at the boarders. It was like a fairytale.

I especially wanted to thank you for taking such great care of making sure we had everything we needed before leaving. You where attentive and timely in answering questions we had as we planned our trip and your suggestions where just great. The travel documents package you sent just before our departure answered every question we could have had about what, when and where. It was a lifesaver and allowed us to travel with confidence. We appreciate your efforts and will be sure to call you for our next trip. Feel free to use me as a reference for anyone who may doubt you. Thanks again for everything.

Best,

Thanks to Kayla and Destination Europe, my trip to Italy was a dream come true. Kayla was so well versed in the train transport, car rental, hotels, sights in the country that it took all the guesswork out and made the trip stress-free and as enjoyable as possible.

Due to Kayla's gentle persuasion, I included Florence in my itinerary. I am very grateful that I took her advice. Florence ended up being my favorite city in Italy, if it weren't for Kayla, I might not have ever seen such a beautiful, historic city! Thanks again Kayla for a trip well planned!

Sincerely,

Haydee
